2025 CEIC Innovation · Standardization Workshop Is About to Begin
Focusing on New Trends in International Standardization
On November 7, 2025, as a key part of the 2025 Consumer Electronics Innovation Conference (CEIC), the Innovation · Standardization Workshop will be grandly held at the Shenzhen Futian International Convention and Exhibition Center. With the theme of “New Trends in the Development and Cooperation Prospects of International Standardization”, the event is hosted by the CEIC Organizing Committee and the Comentropy Industry & Standards Innovation Service Center, with comprehensive support from the China National Institute of Standardization.
The workshop will gather over 200 experts, scholars, and industry leaders in the field of standardization from China and abroad. The discussions will delve deeply into topics such as global standardization development trends, practical experience sharing, and industrial innovation and upgrading. Combining keynote speeches with roundtable discussions, the event aims to create a multidimensional and professional dialogue platform for international cooperation and technical exchange in the standardization field.

- A highlight of this workshop is the participation of representatives from six major alliances, who will engage in a special discussion on the “Development Directions of the Six Alliances and Standard Formulation”:
- International SparkLink Wireless Short-Range Communication Alliance （iSLA）
- UHD World Association（UWA）
- World WLAN Application Alliance （WAA）
- Global Intelligent Internet Of Things Consortium （GIIC）
- Global Computing Consortium （GCC）
- Network Innovation and Development Alliance （NIDA）
- A highlight of this workshop is the participation of representatives from six major alliances, who will engage in a special discussion on the “Development Directions of the Six Alliances and Standard Formulation”:
- These alliances, as key technical groups in the consumer electronics industry, are dedicated to advancing standard formulation and international cooperation in areas such as short-range wireless communication, ultra-HD audio and video, artificial intelligence and computing, intelligent IoT, and network infrastructure.
