Proposal and Topic Management Optimization
To further enhance system usability and management efficiency, AllianceHub has recently implemented multiple functional optimizations covering two core modules: proposal management and topic management. This update not only strengthens the system's functional depth but also provides users with a more efficient and secure experience.
I. Proposal Management Optimization

1. Proposal Feedback Export Function
Proposal submitters and current stage reviewers can now export proposal feedback with one click, generating structured feedback reports. This function enables users to easily access feedback data, facilitating offline discussions, archiving, and report writing, significantly improving the efficiency and standardization of proposal management.
2. Proposal Preliminary Reviewer Role Adjustment
To enhance the flexibility of proposal review, the system has adjusted the " Proposal Preliminary Reviewer " role as "Secretary-General and Assistant Secretary-General". This change allows administrators to assign preliminary review tasks more precisely, designating appropriate reviewers based on actual needs, improving the professionalism and accuracy of the proposal's preliminary review stage.
II. Topic Management Optimization

1. Topic Code Management
The newly added issue coding rule management function allows topic administrators to configure different coding rules within the system, including code format, prefix, sequence number generation rules, etc. In different topic scenarios, topic administrators can flexibly set coding standards to ensure consistency, uniqueness, and continuity of topic numbers.
2. Automatic Code Generation for Topics Reporting
When users report topics, the system automatically generates unique and sequentially increasing topic codes according to the topic coding rules, avoiding errors that might occur with manual entry. This function enhances the convenience of topic entry and ensures orderly management of all topics within the system.
3. Topics Withdrawal Function
Users are now supported to withdraw topics after submission but before the review stage, preventing erroneously submitted topics from affecting subsequent review processes. Withdrawal operations are recorded in the system log, maintaining operational traceability.
4. Multiple Feedback and Feedback Permission Settings
The system allows multiple feedback submissions for the same topic, enhancing the flexibility of issue discussions. When submitting feedback, topic administrators can choose whether to allow subsequent feedback, adapting to issue discussion needs in different scenarios. For example, after initial feedback, if the topic status or content changes, topic administrators can choose to enable secondary feedback permissions to continuously follow up and refine opinions.
This functional optimization of AllianceHub focuses on user’s pain points in actual operations from two core business scenarios: proposals and topics, providing more diverse and refined management tools. By improving feedback export, optimizing role allocation, enhancing coding rules, providing withdrawal operations, and enabling multiple feedback capabilities, the system further improves collaboration efficiency and standardization of information management.
