On December 19, 2024, the AllianceHub platform underwent another functional upgrade, launching a major new issue collection feature. This new functionality aims to optimize the issue submission and feedback process, helping various organizations collect, review, and provide feedback on issues more efficiently.

I. Key Features

1. Streamlined Issue Submission Process 

Issue administrators can initiate issue collection campaigns, with all relevant users receiving email notifications at the start of the collection period. Users can submit their issue proposals through the system interface and modify submissions before the deadline. This design enables users to adjust and refine their issue content at any time, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.

2. Clear Review and Feedback Mechanism 

After submission, issues enter an internal review phase. The decision-making team can discuss, evaluate, and screen each proposal within the system to ensure the value and feasibility of each issue. For reviewed issues, administrators can upload detailed minutes and provide feedback on each issue, ensuring all members understand the review results and can continue to offer suggestions or raise questions.

All key steps in the issue collection and review process can be traced within the system, ensuring transparency and fairness.
