AllianceHub aids the GIIC Alliance Harmony Ecosystem TSG launch!

Recently, the Global Intelligent Internet of Things Consortium (GIIC) tested the AllianceHub platform during the process of establishing the Technical Standards Group (TSG) under the Harmony Ecosystem Promotion Committee.After a period of use, AllianceHub has provided significant assistance in the following areas:：

1. Setting up permission-controlled workgroup spaces: This allows workgroup members to stay updated on meeting schedules and proposal progress while ensuring that process documents are reviewed exclusively within the workgroup, avoiding confusion in standards version management.
2. Supporting key standardization processes: AllianceHub enables functionalities such as proposal submission/review, meeting organization, and voting, thereby improving workgroup operational efficiency, ensuring the orderly progress of standards-related tasks, and contributing to industry development.
3. Creating announcement capabilities: Through the creation of consortium-level announcements, we can push the standards drafted and released by the workgroup to all members, reducing the time costs of individual requests and communications.

Looking ahead, we hope that AllianceHub will implement more features to support GIIC operations, such as proposal templating, sub-workgroup creation, and IT-based certification testing application processes. We believe it can become an indispensable tool for efficient collaboration and office work.
