Comentropy Service Center Representatives Demonstrate Core Platform Functions
To help attendees better understand the platform's specific applications, staff from the Comentropy Service Center conducted detailed function demonstrations during the experience day. The demonstrations covered multiple key aspects, from member unit registration and entry to efficient use of meeting and voting functions, as well as technical proposal submission and review processes. The World WLAN Application Development Alliance (WAA), as one of the earliest members to join AllianceHub, has been utilizing the platform and achieved initial success. Qing Junjun, Director of WAA Alliance Industry Development Department, shared their experience during the meeting and affirmed the platform's support for organizational collaboration: "We have established multiple working groups on AllianceHub, covering projects and issues across different fields. Through this platform, we can more efficiently manage meetings, track tasks, and conduct real-time voting, which was difficult to achieve in previous collaboration models."
Qing Junjun further emphasized that AllianceHub has streamlined their internal coordination and cross-organizational cooperation. He noted: "The transparent voting function allows us to reach consensus more quickly, while the meeting mode helps us overcome the challenges of time zone differences. The platform not only saves time but also improves decision-making quality."
He also provided suggestions for improvement, expressing hope that the platform will further enhance membership management functions and support more detailed permission management to meet the needs of different types of projects.
