1. Enhanced Technical Proposal Revision Submission:The new revision submission button has been repositioned to align better with user workflow patterns, creating a more intuitive interface. The editing interface for new revision now matches the proposal creation experience, allowing users to quickly identify editable fields. This streamlined process makes submission more efficient.

2. Redesigned Operation Panel:The operation buttons for technical proposal staff have been reorganized using a floating panel design. Users can now more easily identify available actions for current proposals, enhancing system usability and improving the overall handling experience.

3. Improved Page Layout:The technical proposal information page has undergone a complete redesign, featuring optimized information architecture and a more logical page structure with clearer information display. Users can now access key proposal content more rapidly, reducing search time and substantially improving productivity.

II. Enhanced Announcement Capabilities

The system now includes a reply-to email setting when creating announcements. Responses to announcements will automatically route to the designated email address, enabling announcement initiators to receive timely feedback and prevent missed replies, thereby optimizing communication efficiency and accuracy. Please note that some email clients may override the reply-to setting; please plan accordingly for such cases.
