1. Refined Working Group Roles

Based on feedback from alliance members, the title "Group Leader" has been officially changed to "Chairman" to better reflect the honor associated with the role, while the English title remains unchanged. Additionally, a new honorary position of "Vice Chairman" has been introduced. Although the role does not involve daily responsibilities, it is intended to further highlight the statuses of the "Chairman" and "Vice Chairman," enhancing the sense of belonging among members. It is important to note that the original workgroup permissions will remain unchanged, and the "Vice Chairman" does not hold any additional authority.
2. Enhanced Email Templates

To strengthen alliance branding and reduce confusion, AllianceHub logo in email templates will be replaced with individual alliance logos.
3. Improved Voting Functionality

Instant Voting: Option to start votes immediately upon creation, ideal for time-sensitive matters.
Flexible Deadlines: Ability to extend voting periods as needed, eliminating the need to create new votes if more time is required.
Visual Results: New automatic statistics feature with graphical representation of voting data for quick analysis.
Comprehensive History: Access to historical logs, results, and participant information for improved transparency and record-keeping.
4. Optimized Working Group Information in Proposals

In the proposals, the basic information of the working groups and their members will be clearly displayed, improving the user experience and fostering better understanding and collaboration among members.
